First take a look at what you are eating. It may surprise you that what you are eating is what is holding you back. I have created a food log for you. This includes water intake along with vitamins and medications. In the past, I too thought I was eating right but I was unable to lose weight. I was working out vigorously 3 times a week and moving every day with my medical job. Still, nothing improved on the scale. I took a two week look at my diet. Boy! It was bad. No condemnation with this. This is your first step in the right direction.
